Feeling Low
I’ve just had a dose of man-flu.
Combined with my withered lungs I’ve had a peak flow this last week of just 350. That’s compared to the norm for my age of about 700. And my mountain biking peers of even more.

More Tests To Come
Tomorrow I go for an echocardiogram of my heart. Think ultrasound scan, but for middle aged men.
What the doctors will be looking for - I hope - is hypertrophic myocardiopathy. Enlarged or thickened heart walls.
Hopefully they’ll not find it.
