Not so clean BMW
I see that BMW are being disingenious over their CO2 emissions, claiming that their new cars are cleaner than their old cars.
At an event put together by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders they wheeled out* an 18 year old BMW, an M635i that does 18mpg and a new BMW, a 635D that does 40mpg to show how they have moved on from producing high CO2 emission vehicles.[1]
Don’t be fooled people, this company still make vehicles that do 18mpg, for instance the new M550i[2]. I doubt that the M650i is much better.
Do they think we’re stupid?
