History Repeating Itself
Forward entry horizontal dropouts are the new old kid on the block.
It ain’t so long ago that these were the standard racing end. Or did you want mudguard eyes too?
This would be funny if some folk old enough to know better weren’t genuinely treating them as some new wonderful design.

For sure. always struck me as deeply ironic that cheap nasty steel hacks have never moved away from this design …an infinitely more flexible design than any number of boutique solutions.
I still have the bike I rode to school up in my greenhouse. I rode that same bike 6/12 speed, fixed, mudguards/without, whatever. It was just no big deal then. When did ‘riding a bike’ get so complicated?
