The Tuffer Puffer

what would stamstad do?
What would Stamstad do?

Strathpuffer 2007 is looming, only a month away now.

I won’t have ridden a bike for weeks, apart from Skull & Crossbikes, so I can’t help wondering whether singlespeed is a good idea. Then I look back at the state of my Spot after last years mud and I know that it is the only true way. The forks are well and truly fucked* though so I might bung something that works better on there. In my experience Fox forks also have better steering, so I’ll swap them out over Christmas.

Last Years Aftermath

Last year I did one quarter the teams laps in one third of the available race time. The Dark Marquis, Johnny Dangerous and Enrico Jesus Gonzalez will no doubt ensure that we have a good lap tally.

Best watch out for the trees.

For a second there I thought you were doing it Solo. Good luck, at least it’s an incentive to ride at this time of year but brrrrr

Like I said after TwentyFour12, “Solo riding is so 2004“.

That and Mayhem this year killed my desire to do another solo ever. Until the next one ;-)

I’m even planning on doing Mayhem X as part of a team.
