We’ve just done a transfer to WordPress.
Update - October 2006
With Wordpress 2.0.4 the import of the old stuff was a cinch. Highly recommended.

I’ve just had a dose of man-flu.
Combined with my withered lungs I’ve had a peak flow this last week of just 350. That’s compared to the norm for my age of about 700. And my mountain biking peers of even more.
Still, it coincided with some of our worst weather this year, more like Summer 2004. […]
