I wasn’t expecting that!

I received a letter today from Mercian Cycles.

After the trouble I was having with ParcelFarce I sent my Dave Yates to Bob Jackson instead. I rang Mercian at the time and explained that they’d lost the job not because of any problem with their restoration serviced - indeed I’m sure it’s very good.

They understood, and apologised over the phone.

So I wasn’t expecting them to follow up with a letter.

I’d just like to make it clear that it was ParcelFarce that I had an issue with, not Mercian.

Still, the Yates does look nice built up. Photos to come.
