Donki Respray

After the ParcelFarce fiasco I’ve rung Bob Jackson and given them the job of respraying my Dave Yates “Swamp Donki”.

They didn’t do the Anquetil Blue that Mercian do, but they’ve offered to colour match it at no extra cost. Wahey.

I’ve rung Mercian and apologised for going to someone else. It’s not a reflection of their work (which I’m sure would have been very nice), but ParcelFarce’s inability to turn up:

a) at all;

b) during their stated hours;

c) at the right address.

Frankly I’d have been worried about them ever deliverinng the bike back to me.

I’m already looking forward to the finished result. I’ve had two independent people telling me that Bob Jackson doa cracking job.
