Repair or Repaint
A couple years ago I bought a 1993 Rocky Mountain Hammer as a turbo-training bike. The poor thing was shod with slicks straight away. Then it underwent the miles of torture with me.
Two years of turbo-work and winter commuting had taken their toll.

The paintwork was dull and showing the effects of the salt. So earlier this week I stripped it down, and gave the whole thing a going over with T-Cut and then Turtlewax.
I took a few snapshots as I built it back up.

Seeing as I’m not training at the moment and it would be handy to be have a bit more off-road capability, even though most miles will still be on the black stuff, I slapped a pair of semi-slicks on.
